First drop me an email through the

Contact Page

Once you reach out, we’ll chat through everything you need to know — including

  • Drop-off times — when to bring your precious creations

  • Firing information — what’s happening inside the kiln

  • Location— where to find us

  • Scheduling — when we can fit your pieces in

To make things a little quicker on the day, you can download and complete the firing agreement before you arrive. Bring it with you or email it back ahead of time, and we'll have everything ready to go when you drop off your pieces

Too easy, and then all that's left to do is wait for the kiln to work its magic!

Before you hand over your greenware, give it a quick once-over:

• Pop your name on it (or let us know at drop-off) — so it comes home to the right person.

• Wipe the base clean — no glaze, wax, or slip. The kiln shelf will thank you.

• Check it’s bone dry — no cool spots, no “probably fine.” Damp clay and hot kilns don’t mix.

• Poke a vent hole — in anything hollow or enclosed. Trapped air likes to make an exit, and it’s not polite about it.

• Snap a photo — before it goes in. Handy for you, handy for us, and a nice “before” shot for the “after.”

• Even walls, no surprises inside — no hidden objects, no mystery inclusions. If in doubt, ask us first.

That's it! Meet these and your piece is officially kiln-bound — fingers crossed for the kiln gods.
